Ampco Safety Tools are backed by a limited lifetime warranty. If an AMPCO tool breaks or fails to perform under normal use or service, it will be repaired or replaced at no charge. Exceptions are defects resulting from misuse / abuse or normal service wear.
Returns:
A 20% restocking fee will be applied to all returns except for defective product and shipping errors.
When you have a warranty claim or return:

- contact customer service via email (sales@AmpcoSafetyTools.com) or by telephone for a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number
- package the tools carefully to ensure they are not damaged in shipment
- include the RGA # on the box and on the paperwork
- provide your return shipping address (not a post office box)

If the tool has not been misused / abused or the defects are not related to normal service wear, we will repair or replace the tool at no charge. Obsolete and custom items are not eligible for returns. Shipping cost to return the item to AMPCO is your responsibility. AMPCO will pay the cost to ship the warrantied item back to you. All returns are processed monthly.
